Happy Wednesday to you! I'm joining Ginny's Yarn Along over at Small Things today.
I'm still knitting on my Pear Sorbet shawl and I'm reading The Circle of Kindness, An Irish Journey of the Heart, by Jana Kolpen and Mary Tiegreen. The book is a sweet Irish tale about kindness and a good read for children, but is more, a children's book for adults. It's full of colorful, sweet illustrations and there are small envelopes and folded pictures (like the pie above), carrying little notes and even recipes, with a message of spreading kindness. There are also gorgeous pictures of Ireland as well. A lovely book I've saved for a long time and enjoy revisiting this time of year.
Can you feel the weekend just around the corner? I'm looking ahead to Spring break for my kids. Have a beautiful day! Jeannine:)
There isn't a finer place in the world to witness the wonders of life that are offered to us every day. —The Circle of Kindness, An Irish Journey of the Heart.
